Delivery Details

Items can be delivery to anywhere in the world within 3 weeks. Overnight within Ireland. 3 working days approx, to Britain.

Delivery options:

1. An Post parcel service
2. Collection from workshop *
3. Personal delivery by Cara (within Ireland only) *

* These 2 only necessary in the case of exceptionally large, fragile or composite pieces- where several sections have been glued or wired together to form the finished item.

For all other orders, delivery is by An Post parcel service. I have found this the cheapest, safest and most reliable delivery method.

Cost depends on weight and destination, is estimated at time of ordering, and charged at face value at time of sending. I guarantee that the final postal charge will not exceed my estimate.

Parcels are insured against loss and in transit damage. In the unlikely event that a piece does reach you broken, contact me immediately, but keep the broken item and all packing materials for inspection by a postal agent. I will re-make and send your ceramic piece and handle the insurance claim from there.
